Terms of Service

These Terms govern WOWPUMPKIN (including Privacy and Refund policies on this same page) for the Windows app and subscription services.

0. Service Owner

WOWPUMPKIN is a trade name operated by a sole proprietor registered in Brazil — CNPJ: 28.851.686/0001-43. This page incorporates both the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, downloading the app, or using any WOWPUMPKIN functionality (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

WOWPUMPKIN is Windows software with user-authorized automation features (e.g., macros and convenience shortcuts). The Service is offered via subscription, with limited features on the free plan. Payments and tax handling may be performed by third parties acting as merchant of record (e.g., Paddle).

Important: using WOWPUMPKIN must comply with third-party games’ and platforms’ rules. You are solely responsible for checking and complying with any third-party terms.

3. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

4. Software License

  • We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use the app on devices you own.
  • Reverse engineering, modification, unauthorized distribution, or using the Service to build a competing product is prohibited.

5. Digital Delivery & Requirements

WOWPUMPKIN is delivered digitally: download and activation occur after payment confirmation. No physical shipment.

Minimum requirements: compatible Windows OS and internet connection for activation/subscription validation.

6. Subscriptions, Payments, Taxes & Auto-Renewal

  • Plans are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) and auto-renew until you cancel.
  • Current pricing is shown at the site/checkout. We may change prices; if we do, we will provide reasonable notice and changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
  • Payments may be processed by third parties (e.g., Paddle). By subscribing, you also agree to the processor’s terms.
  • Applicable taxes (VAT/sales tax, etc.) may be calculated and collected by the payment processor.

Cancellation: you can cancel anytime via the billing portal (link available in the app/account area). Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the paid term.

7. Refunds (Refund Policy)

Refunds follow the payment processor’s policy (e.g., Paddle) and applicable consumer law. When permitted, requests must be submitted via our official support channel within the timeframe shown at checkout.

  • Because access is digital and immediate, refunds are not guaranteed after substantial use of the Service, unless required by law.
  • Fraud, Terms violations, or refund abuse may lead to denial of refund and/or account termination.

8. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service to violate laws, third-party terms, intellectual property rights, or to cause harm.
  • Bypassing anti-fraud/anti-cheat systems or automating actions prohibited by third-party terms is not allowed.
  • We may limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts in case of abuse.

9. Updates & Changes

We may update the app and site regularly (including fixes, improvements, and feature changes). We may also update these Terms and/or pricing; we will notify material changes via site, app or e-mail. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

10. Privacy (Privacy Policy)

We process personal data according to this incorporated Privacy Policy. We collect minimal technical data for operation, security, fraud prevention and billing. For privacy requests, email support@wowpumpkin.com.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription anytime via the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.

12. Disclaimers & Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
  • To the maximum extent allowed, we are not liable for lost profits, data loss, indirect, special or punitive damages.
  • Our aggregate liability, if any, is limited to the amounts you paid in the last 12 months.
