Terms of Service
These Terms govern WOWPUMPKIN (including Privacy and Refund policies on this same page) for the Windows app and subscription services.
0. Service Owner
WOWPUMPKIN is a trade name operated by a sole proprietor. This page incorporates both the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, signing in, downloading the app, or using any WOWPUMPKIN functionality (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. About the Service
WOWPUMPKIN is Windows software with user-authorized automation features (e.g., simulated mouse clicks and keyboard input, macros, and convenience shortcuts). The Service is offered via subscription, with limited features on the free plan.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to the Stripe Services Agreement and the Stripe Privacy Policy. We do not store full card details; payment data is handled by Stripe (PCI DSS).
Important: using WOWPUMPKIN must comply with the terms, policies, and rules of the third-party apps/platforms where you choose to apply it. You are solely responsible for checking and complying with any third-party terms.
3. Eligibility & Account
- You must be 16 years or older.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
4. Software License
- We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use the app on devices you own.
- Reverse engineering, modification, unauthorized distribution, or using the Service to build a competing product is prohibited.
5. Digital Delivery & Requirements
WOWPUMPKIN is delivered digitally: download and activation occur after payment confirmation. No physical shipment.
Minimum requirements: compatible Windows OS and internet connection for activation/subscription validation.
6. Subscriptions, Payments, Taxes & Auto-Renewal
- Plans are recurring (e.g., monthly) and auto-renew until you cancel.
- Current pricing is shown at the site/checkout. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next cycle.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s terms and policies.
- Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/sales tax) may be calculated and collected automatically (e.g., Stripe Tax), where applicable.
Cancellation: you can cancel anytime via the billing portal (Stripe Customer Portal; link available in the app/account area). Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the paid term.
7. Refunds (Refund Policy)
Refunds are issued by us through Stripe and follow applicable consumer law. When allowed, requests must be submitted via support within the timeframe shown at checkout.
- We offer a refund within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase provided there has not been substantial use of the Service. Where consumer law mandates different periods, such law prevails.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, per payment-network timelines.
- Fraud, violations of these Terms, or refund abuse may result in denial of refund and/or account termination.
Disputes/Chargebacks: if a dispute is opened with your bank/issuer, we will follow the card-network rules managed by Stripe.
8. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service to violate laws, third-party terms, intellectual-property rights, or to cause harm.
- Bypassing security or abuse-prevention mechanisms of third parties, or automating actions prohibited by third-party terms, is not allowed.
- We may limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts in case of abuse, risk, or violation of these Terms.
9. Updates & Changes
We may update the app and site regularly (fixes, improvements, and feature changes). We may also update these Terms and/or pricing; we will notify material changes via site, app, or e-mail. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
10. Privacy (Privacy Policy)
We process personal data according to this Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data for operation, security, fraud prevention, and billing. We may use essential cookies and, with consent, third-party cookies/services (e.g., analytics).
Payments via Stripe: sensitive payment data is processed by Stripe. We may receive limited non-sensitive card metadata (e.g., brand, last4, expiry) for display/support. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Retention: after cancellation and/or deletion request, we keep minimal account/billing records for up to 60 (sixty) days for operational/audit purposes, then delete or anonymize unless a longer period is required by law. Contact support@wowpumpkin.com to exercise your rights.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription anytime via the billing portal (Stripe Customer Portal). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, risk, fraud, or legal requirements.
12. Disclaimers & Liability
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
- To the maximum extent allowed, we are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect, special, or punitive damages.
- Our aggregate liability, if any, is limited to the amounts you paid in the last 12 months.
